Difficulties in waste gas treatment, collection and transportation: The working pressure of serial extension phones is not matched, causing industrial waste gas to blow back: 

The tensile force of the centrifugal fan is 500pa greater than that of the ducted fan. The ducted fan cannot discharge the wind, and the industrial waste gas of the large production line is poured into the small production line. Turn down the shut-off valve at the inlet and outlet of the centrifugal fan, the back air is gone, but the exhaust air volume of the large production line is insufficient.

Renovation method: Replace the small production line duct fan with a centrifugal fan. Due to the limitation of the model and specification of the centrifugal centrifugal axial flow fan, its tensile force is slightly higher than that of another centrifugal fan, and the electric air valve at its inlet and outlet is reduced. The working pressure of the inlet and outlet of the 2 centrifugal centrifugal fans ensures a balance, and the collection rate of industrial waste gas in the 2 production lines exceeds 95% in terms of working under the design scheme of exhaust air volume.

The inner cavity of the riser and the centrifugal impeller are strongly stained with dust, resulting in a great reduction in the exhaust air volume:

When the system software is delivered, the total exhaust air volume and the riser air volume meet the requirements. Three months later, the exhaust air volume of the car paint booth was greatly reduced, and the industrial waste gas overflowed.

The inspection found that the centrifugal impeller is strongly dusted, and the dust in the inner cavity of the ventilation duct is strong. The dust on the centrifugal impeller changes the appearance of the surface of the centrifugal impeller, and the load of the centrifugal centrifugal fan is reduced; the strong dust in the inner cavity of the ventilation duct reduces the total area occupied by the flow of goods and reduces the exhaust air volume.

Solution: Adjust the fluid water flow of the water curtain cabinet in the car paint room to normal, improve the high efficiency of blocking dust; remove the centrifugal impeller and the inner cavity of the ventilation duct on time to ensure that the total area of indoor ventilation is not significantly reduced.
