The main feature of the pulse bag filter is that there is no venturi or blowing pipe on the top of the dust bag, which not only reduces the resistance of blowing, but also facilitates room-by-room maintenance and bag replacement. The total number of electromagnetic induction pulse valves is 1~2 per room, and the length of the dust bag should not exceed 2.5m. 

The pulse bag filter itself is divided into several box areas, each box has 32, 64 and 96 dust bags, and there is an improved valve driven by a cylinder on the inlet and outlet pipes of each box side. When the pulse bag filter filters the soot gas for a certain period of time (or the friction resistance plate is preset in advance), the dust removal control board sends a signal, the improvement valve of the first box chamber starts to close and disconnect the filter cyclone, and then the pulse valve of the box chamber opens , Use compressed air above 0.4MPa to rush into the clean brake air chamber to eliminate the dust on the dust bag.

When the poppet valve is re-opened, the chamber will be re-filtered, and all the ash removal actions will be completed one by one according to the program.
