The pulse bag filter means that when the dust-laden gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first encounters the inclined plate and baffle in the middle of the air inlet and outlet, and the air flow turns to the ash hopper, and the air flow speed slows down. Due to inertia, the coarse-grained dust in the gas flows directly into the ash hopper.
Playing the role of pre-dust removal, the airflow entering the ash hopper is then folded upwards through the filter bag dust with a metal frame inside to capture the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the clean room on the upper part of the filter bag room, and is collected and discharged from the air outlet. In the process of purifying dust-laden gas through the filter bag, as time goes by, more and more dust adheres to the filter bag, which increases the resistance of the filter bag, resulting in a gradual reduction of the treated air volume. In order to work properly, the control resistance is within a certain range (140-170mm water column). Once out of range, the filter bag must be cleared of dust. When removing dust, the pulse controller triggers each control valve, opening the pulse valve. The compressed air in the air bag is sprayed into the corresponding filter bag through the venturi through each hole of the nozzle tube.
Remove the dust falling into the ash hopper and discharge the machine body through the ash discharge system. Therefore, the dust accumulated on the filter bag periodically passes through the pulse jet to clean the dust, so that the purified gas can pass normally and ensure the operation of the dust removal system.
