Precautions for application of industrial dust treatment equipment

1. Adjustment of circulating water volume: determined by the water supply pump of the spray tower. One can be turned on when the boiler is running. When two or three pumps are running at the same time in winter, both pumps are turned on. The flow of the mud pump should be adjusted according to the flow of the circulating pump to make it equal.

2. Dosing amount of spray tower dosing tank: When running the boiler, add 2 bags of alkali and 5 bags of slaked lime (for reference only). When running two or three units in winter, the dosage can be increased according to the corresponding multiples. 

3. The sedimentation tank of the spray tower should be cleaned frequently, once a week in summer and once every three days in winter.

4. When the grey water separator is discharged, discharge it once per shift, and open the discharge valve respectively until there is clear water to discharge.

5. Regularly check the above rotating parts, inject oil, and troubleshoot in time to ensure the desulfurization of the spray tower and increase the service life of activated carbon.

6. Pay attention to safety when adding medicine up and down the stairs, and have independent security and mutual security awareness.

7. After the work is over, clean up in time and let people come to the scene.
