Classification of dust treatment equipment

(1) Mechanical dust processor.

It is a kind of mechanical equipment that uses mass force (action force, inertia torque, centripetal force, etc.) to separate dust and air flow from foundation sedimentation. Including the force foundation sedimentation chamber, inertial force dust processor, etc. It is characterized by simple structure, low engineering cost and convenient maintenance, but the dust removal efficiency is not high. 

(2) Wet dust processor.

Also known as wet scrubber, it is a mechanical device that uses liquid or liquid film to clean dust-laden airflow, and separates dust and airflow from basic sedimentation. The wet test cleaner can not only solve the vapor dust, but also digest and absorb the vapor.

(3) Filter dust processor.

It is a mechanical device for excessive separation of dust-laden air flow based on a packing layer of textile or porous structure. Including bag dust processor, particle layer dust processor, etc. Its outstanding feature is the high dust removal efficiency.

(4) Electric dust processor.

It is a mechanical device that uses the high-voltage electrostatic field to polarize the concentration of fine particles, and separates the dust and the airflow to the basic sedimentation under the action of the Coulomb force. It is characterized by high dust removal efficiency and low power consumption, but the project investment cost is high.
