1. Timely detect the pH acid-base concentration value of the self-spraying ph of the exhaust gas treatment equipment. When the pH value is 7-7.5, it means that the professional cleaning ability of the washing tower is very good. When the pH value is 7.5, it means that the sodium hydroxide solution in the washing tower is already sufficient to melt the acid gas in the waste gas. At this time, record the inspection time and the pH value of the tower self-spray.

3. Check whether the centrifugal fan and centrifugal pump of the spray system of the exhaust gas treatment equipment manufacturer are in the proper running direction, and whether the total flow of the motor and electricity is favorable.

4. Regularly check whether the shell of the exhaust gas treatment equipment is cracked. Once found, it should be reported to the person in charge immediately to solve the problem of waterproof leakage or disassembly.

5. When the installation is over, the special tools and dirt in the equipment should be removed immediately. In addition, turn the centrifugal impeller and check the position of the centrifugal impeller for shock. If there is any abnormal situation, it should be restored immediately.
